• Q3: Which laptops can not be charged via X20?

  A:

  Models such as Razer Blade 14/15/16/17, Toshiba Tecra A10/A11/M11, and DELL Inspiron 15 3543/3558. Please ensure the compatibility before making a purchase.

• Q4: What other devices can I charge besides laptops?

  A:

  The X20 can also power devices via its USB-C and USB-A ports, including speakers, lamps, smartphones, tablets, drones, and more.

• Q5: Are there any limitations while charging my laptop via the 20V/8A DC output?

  A:

  Your laptop's adapter voltage must fall between 19.5V and 20.5V. If it is below 19.5V or above 20.5V, charging will stop. Also, the X20 may not be about to power your laptop if its operation power exceed 160W.

• Q6: Does the X20 support pass-through charging?

  A:

  Yes.

• Q7: How long does it take to fully charge the X20 using AC power?

  A:

  Use a 100W AC adapter*, charge from 0 to 80% in 1.58 hours, and fully charge in 2 hours.
  * 100W AC adapter sold separately.

• Q8: What cables are included in package?

• Q9: How to calculate the charging times of my devices?

  A:

  X20 capacity×DOD×efficiency/(Load rated power + X20 self consumption)
  eg: For a tablet with a capacity of 20Wh: 153.6 × 95% × 90% / 20+1 ≈ 6.2 times
  This means the X20 can charge your tablet approximately 6.2 times.

• Q10: Why is there no power consumption displayed when charging earphones or small devices? Why does the device automatically shut off during charging?

  A:

  The X20’s power consumption display starts at 2W, meaning it won’t show anything for devices drawing between 1W and 2W, like most small devices such as earphones. Additionally, once these devices are charged to around 85% to 90%, their power demand drops. When the X20’s output falls below 1W, it automatically shuts off to conserve energy.

• Q1: How does the Bluetti subscription work?

  The Bluetti subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee for your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. You can cancel whenever you like and return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label (return costs on us), and you return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station in the original packaging.

• Q2: What’s included with the Bluetti subscription?

  The Bluetti subscription includes a brand new or like-new AC180 Solar Portable Power Station (normally a $999 product to purchase) and a warranty for as long as you keep your Bluetti subscription for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence.

• Q3: Is this the same as financing or a rent-to-own program?

  This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your Bluetti subscription, you are required to return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. The goal of the program is to provide ongoing value through a variety of benefits as well as new future products, not to create more options to buy a AC180 Solar Portable Power Station.

• Q4: Can I cancel anytime? Are there any hidden fees?

  Yes, you can cancel your Bluetti subscription at any time. No contract, hidden fees, or gotchas. We cover the return shipping label as well.

• Q5: What if I want to upgrade my BLUETTI AC180?

  This is not a rent-to-own program, as our Bluetti subscription includes flexibility, service components, future upgrade opportunities, and a lifetime warranty. However, you may still contact us if you are interested in purchasing your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station, as we are often able to create an option where a portion of your monthly payments to-date can be applied as a discount against the listing price.

• Q6: What if the BLUETTIE AC180 is damaged?

  Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions. • Q7: How do I track my order status?

  Updates are sent to the email address you used to sign up. This includes: order in review, order approved, tracking number received (at which point you can opt for additional delivery status updates), out for delivery, and order delivered.
