• Q1: What devices can be charged/powered by BLUETTI AC50B?

  A:

  AC50B powers appliances up to 700W. The power lifting mode supports pure resistance devices like kettles and irons under 1000W load capacity.

• Q2: How long will AC50B power my device?

  A:

  Operation time = Battery Capacity (448Wh) x DoD x η / (Load Power + 10W Self-consumption)
  Depth of discharge: DoD = 90%
  Inverter conversion efficiency: η = 85%
  For example, if I need to charge a 20W light bulb, the operating time = 448*90%*85%/(20+10) = 11.4 hours

• Q3: What kind of solar panel should I choose?

  A:

  The following conditions need to be met:
  1. Features MC4 interface.
  2. Voltage range is within AC50B open circuit voltage (OCV) of 12-28V. We recommend 1 × BLUETTI PV120 / PV200.

• Q4: Why does this power station lose charge even with no devices connected?

  A:

  The AC inverter, DC regulator, or LCD screen will consume a certain amount of power under standby mode, so please long press the AC/DC Power Button to shut down the unit completely when not in use.

• Q5: I purchased a combination of power station and solar panels, but why did I only receive one package?

  A:

  Power station (with AC/solar charging cable) and solar panel are shipped separately. You may receive one first. Please check the tracking number for the other in your email. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• Q6: Can I expand its capacity by connecting it to B80/B230/B300/B300S batteries?

  A:

  Currently, the AC50B supports capacity expansion with B80 battery in Power Bank Mode. To connect B80 battery, you'll need the Aviation to XT60 cable.

• Q1: How does the Bluetti subscription work?

  The Bluetti subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee for your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. You can cancel whenever you like and return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label (return costs on us), and you return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station in the original packaging.

• Q2: What’s included with the Bluetti subscription?

  The Bluetti subscription includes a brand new or like-new AC180 Solar Portable Power Station (normally a $999 product to purchase) and a warranty for as long as you keep your Bluetti subscription for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence.

• Q3: Is this the same as financing or a rent-to-own program?

  This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your Bluetti subscription, you are required to return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. The goal of the program is to provide ongoing value through a variety of benefits as well as new future products, not to create more options to buy a AC180 Solar Portable Power Station.

• Q4: Can I cancel anytime? Are there any hidden fees?

  Yes, you can cancel your Bluetti subscription at any time. No contract, hidden fees, or gotchas. We cover the return shipping label as well.

• Q5: What if I want to upgrade my BLUETTI AC180?

  This is not a rent-to-own program, as our Bluetti subscription includes flexibility, service components, future upgrade opportunities, and a lifetime warranty. However, you may still contact us if you are interested in purchasing your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station, as we are often able to create an option where a portion of your monthly payments to-date can be applied as a discount against the listing price.

• Q6: What if the BLUETTIE AC180 is damaged?

  Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions. Depending on the degree of user fault, you may be charged for replacement components, parts, or shipping fees. If you’d like further assistance, feel free to contact us at support@fragile.co.

• Q7: How do I track my order status?

  Updates are sent to the email address you used to sign up. This includes: order in review, order approved, tracking number received (at which point you can opt for additional delivery status updates), out for delivery, and order delivered.
