You can cancel whenever you like and return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label (return costs on us), and you return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station in the original packaging. -

The Bluetti subscription includes a brand new or like-new AC180 Solar Portable Power Station (normally a $999 product to purchase) and a warranty for as long as you keep your Bluetti subscription for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence. -

We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions.
