  Thanks to TurboBoost™, it charges from 0–80% in just 45 minutes, and reaches 100% in about 70 minutes(1,800W Max., 120V, 15A Max., 50Hz / 60Hz.)

  The Premium 100 V2 provides 1.800W continuous AC output, 2.700W lifing power, and up to 3.600W surge with HyperVolt™. That's more than enough to run high-powered appliances like induction cooktops, kettles, power tools—even welders.

  Absolutely. The Premium 100 V2 supports solar charging and comes with a built-in MPPT controller for faster and more efficient charging. It’s compatible with solar panels that meet the following requirements:

  Low Battery Warning – Get popup alerts when the battery drops below 20%, 15%, 10%, or 5%.
  Full Charge Reminder – Receive a notification when the battery reaches 100%.
  Custom Charging Mode – In wall charging mode, you can select from Standard, Silent, or Turbo charging, or define a custom charging current (e.g. 1A, 3A, 5A, 7A...) for slower or faster charging.
  Power Memory Mode – Enable this under advanced settings. Once turned on, the Premium 100 V2 will automatically resume powering your connected devices when grid power returns—no need to manually restart. Set it once, and it works automatically in all future outages.

• Q12: Is the Premium 100 V2 waterproof?

  A:

  No, the Premium 100 V2 is not waterproof. Please keep it in a dry and well-ventilated area during use and storage.

• Q13: How should I maintain and store the Premium 100 V2?

  A:

  1. Charge the unit promptly when the SOC (State of Charge) drops to 5%.
  2. Before long-term storage, charge it to around 60%, turn off the unit, and disconnect all electrical connections.
  3. Store in a cool, dry place, away from flammable materials or gases.
  4. It can be safely stored at temperatures from –20°C to 45°C (–4°F to 113°F). For storage longer than one month, an ideal temperature is around 30°C (86°F).
  5.Perform a full charge/discharge cycle every 3 months to maintain battery health.

• Q14: Can it be laid on its side to save space?

  No, this may damage the internal structure. Please keep it in an upright position either during storage or moving.

• Q15: How long does it take to fully charge the Premium 100 V2?

  Operation time = Battery Capacity × DoD × η ÷ (Load + Premium 100 V2's Self-consumption)
  Note: DoD (Depth of Discharge) is 90%. η (inverter efficiency) is over 90%. The Premium 100 V2 self-consumption is about 10W.

• Q1: How does the Bluetti subscription work?

  The Bluetti subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee for your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. You can cancel whenever you like and return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label (return costs on us), and you return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station in the original packaging.

• Q2: What’s included with the Bluetti subscription?

  The Bluetti subscription includes a brand new or like-new AC180 Solar Portable Power Station (normally a $999 product to purchase) and a warranty for as long as you keep your Bluetti subscription for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence.

• Q3: Is this the same as financing or a rent-to-own program?

  This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your Bluetti subscription, you are required to return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. The goal of the program is to provide ongoing value through a variety of benefits as well as new future products, not to create more options to buy a AC180 Solar Portable Power Station.

• Q4: Can I cancel anytime? Are there any hidden fees?

  Yes, you can cancel your Bluetti subscription at any time. No contract, hidden fees, or gotchas. We cover the return shipping label as well.

• Q5: What if I want to upgrade my BLUETTI AC180?

  This is not a rent-to-own program, as our Bluetti subscription includes flexibility, service components, future upgrade opportunities, and a lifetime warranty. However, you may still contact us if you are interested in purchasing your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station, as we are often able to create an option where a portion of your monthly payments to-date can be applied as a discount against the listing price.

• Q6: What if the BLUETTIE AC180 is damaged?

  Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions. • Q7: How do I track my order status?

  Updates are sent to the email address you used to sign up. This includes: order in review, order approved, tracking number received (at which point you can opt for additional delivery status updates), out for delivery, and order delivered.
