• Q: What is the material of the case?

  A:

  Uses PC+ABS 94V0 flame retardant material and aluminum outsourcing TPU for the handle part.

• Q1: What kind of the battery chemistry is used?

  A:

• Q2: What will be the noisy level?

  A:

  It has smart fan start-up mode. fans turn on/off based on the internal temperature and the loads. → load < 1500W, Max.45dB; load>1500W,Max.54dB

• Q3: What is the length of the MC4 cable ?

  A:

  There will be a 1.7m MC4 to Aviator cable comes with the AC200P, and the original cable with the solar panel is 3 meters long.

• Q4: Can you charge and discharge this simultaneously and under what input and output loads?

  A:

  Sure. However, in order to better protect the cycle life of the battery, it is not recommended to charge and discharge the battery at the same time.

• Q5: How long will it take to fully charge by car charging?

  A:

  18 hours under 12V, 9 hours under 24V.

• Q6: How much capacity does AC200P have after 3500+ cycles?

  A:

  AC200P can maintain above 80% capacity after 3500+ cycles

• Q7: How long will the Bluetti run my device?

  A:

• Q8: What is the surge power of BLUETTI AC200P?

  A:

  It can reach up to 4800W max.

• Q9: How can the AC200P save more power?

  A:

  The user can customize the ECO mode, and choose to turn on and off. Choose eco low power load or no load or forget to shut down, then AC200 will automatically shut down in 4 hours to save power.

• Q1: How does the Bluetti subscription work?

  The Bluetti subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee for your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. You can cancel whenever you like and return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label (return costs on us), and you return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station in the original packaging.

• Q2: What’s included with the Bluetti subscription?

  The Bluetti subscription includes a brand new or like-new AC180 Solar Portable Power Station (normally a $999 product to purchase) and a warranty for as long as you keep your Bluetti subscription for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence.

• Q3: Is this the same as financing or a rent-to-own program?

  This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your Bluetti subscription, you are required to return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. The goal of the program is to provide ongoing value through a variety of benefits as well as new future products, not to create more options to buy a AC180 Solar Portable Power Station.

• Q4: Can I cancel anytime? Are there any hidden fees?

  Yes, you can cancel your Bluetti subscription at any time. No contract, hidden fees, or gotchas. We cover the return shipping label as well.

• Q5: What if I want to upgrade my BLUETTI AC180?

  This is not a rent-to-own program, as our Bluetti subscription includes flexibility, service components, future upgrade opportunities, and a lifetime warranty. However, you may still contact us if you are interested in purchasing your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station, as we are often able to create an option where a portion of your monthly payments to-date can be applied as a discount against the listing price.

• Q6: What if the BLUETTIE AC180 is damaged?

  Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions. Depending on the degree of user fault, you may be charged for replacement components, parts, or shipping fees. If you’d like further assistance, feel free to contact us at support@fragile.co.

• Q7: How do I track my order status?

  Updates are sent to the email address you used to sign up. This includes: order in review, order approved, tracking number received (at which point you can opt for additional delivery status updates), out for delivery, and order delivered.
