    2. Choose “Warehouse Pick-Up” at checkout.
    3. Receive a confirmation email with the pick-up location and your order details.
    4. Visit the warehouse to collect your items.
    5. Confirm receipt upon pick-up.
  • 5. When can I pick up my products?
    1. Warehouse Pick-Up Service allows you to pick up your order 36 hours after payment(PST).
    2. Pick-up Hours: Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM(PST); Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (PST).

    Note: Orders not picked up within four business days will be refunded automatically.
