How to Swap From Charger 1 to Charger 2

    • What is this program about?
      This is a reward program for Charger 1 owners. We're now offering a special upgrade deal so you can get the new Charger 2 at a privileged price.
    • Is there a purchase limit?
      For each Charger 1 unit, customers are entitled to purchase one Charger 2.
    • I bought my Charger 1 from another channel. Can I still join?
      Yes. Please email us at service@bluettipower.com with your proof of purchase (such as a receipt or an order screenshot), and our team will help to proceed.
    • Why doesn't the Charger 2 in this program include a DC input cable?
      The Charger 2 uses the same 6 AWG DC cables as the Charger 1, allowing a seamless upgrade without any rewiring or extra purchases. Simply use the cable that came with your Charger 1 to connect to Charger 2.
    • What does “upgrade” actually mean?
      This campaign is a thank-you offer for Charger 1 users. Eligible Charger 1 users can purchase an upgraded Charger 2 at a special price of $99. No return of Charger 1 is required.
    • "I can’t log in on the upgrade page."
      Please try logging in using your mobile phone or an incognito/private browser window.
    • Where can I find my serial number (SN)?
      The easiest way is to check the app if you’ve previously linked your Charger 1. If not, look for the QR code sticker on the Charger 1 unit—the SN is printed directly below the QR code. You can also scan the QR code, and the SN should appear.
    • "Why is my SN not working?"
      Please add CHARGER before your SN, with no space in between (e.g., CHARGER112345678...).
    • "My Charger 1 wasn’t activated in time, and now the SN can’t be verified. What should I do?"
      Our team is urgently discussing a solution for this issue. Once we have an update, we’ll notify everyone right away.
    • Does the Charger 2 come with a warranty?
      Yes. It carries the same warranty as all BLUETTI products you bought from other authorized channels.
